Your Satisfaction Is Important to Us

Benova Talents operates with fairness, transparency, and integrity. We understand that hiring decisions involve people and performance, and while we aim to deliver the right fit every time, our refund and replacement policy ensures you’re protected.


Refund Eligibility (Direct Recruitment):

  1. If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 30 days of employment, we offer:

    • Free replacement within 14–21 business days

    • Or partial refund (50%) if we are unable to replace within a reasonable timeframe

  2. Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Terminations caused by company restructuring, internal changes, or project cancellations

    • Clients who failed to provide adequate onboarding or communication

    • Late or unpaid invoices


Refund Policy (Agency Staffing / Virtual Support):

  • Due to the flexible nature of staffing, fees are non-refundable once a candidate has been deployed.

  • However, underperformance or poor fit will result in a free replacement within the first 14 days of assignment.


Refund Process:

  • Refunds must be requested in writing within 7 business days of the issue.

  • Our team will conduct an internal review and respond within 5 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
